Am 1. Dezember 2025 eröffnet der FoodLoop an der THGA (Gebäude 1 K02). Der “Umsonstmarkt” ist eine Initiative des AStA - für mehr Nachhaltigkeit und einen bewussteren Umgang mit Lebensmitteln.
Die Öffnungszeiten liegen innerhalb der AStA-Bürozeiten:
- Montag von 9:15 Uhr bis 14:15 Uhr
- Dienstag von 9:15 Uhr bis 13:45 Uhr
- Mittwoch von 14:15 Uhr bis 18:15 Uhr
Der Urlaub steht vor der Tür und das Glas Gurken muss noch weg? Oder die geschenkte Schokolade zum Geburtstag ist nicht Euer Geschmack? Werft die Lebensmittel nicht weg - bringt sie zum Büro des AStA. Alle unverderblichen und geschlossenen Lebensmittel wie beispielsweise Konserven, Nudeln, Reis, Hülsenfrüchte, Müsli und Süßigkeiten können dort abgegeben werden. Das gilt auch für ungeöffnete Hygieneartikel wie Duschgel oder Zahnpaste. Bevor die Produkte auf den Umsonstmarkt kommen, werden sie von den Helfer:innen im AStA geprüft. Frische verderbliche Lebensmittel können leider nicht angenommen werden.

On December 1, 2025, the Fairteiler FoodLoop will open at the THGA (Building 1 K02). The “free market” is an AStA initiative - for more sustainability and a more conscious use of food.
The opening times are within the AStA office hours:
- Monday from 9:15 a.m. to 2:15 p.m
- Tuesday from 9:15 a.m. to 1:45 p.m
- Wednesday from 2:15 p.m. to 6:15 p.m
The holidays are just around the corner and the jar of cucumbers still has to go? Or the chocolate you received for your birthday is not to your liking? Don't throw away the food - take it to the AStA office. All non-perishable and sealed foods such as canned goods, pasta, rice, legumes, cereals and sweets can be dropped off there. This also applies to unopened hygiene products such as shower gel or toothpaste. Before the products go on the free market, they are checked by the helpers at the AStA. Unfortunately, fresh perishable food cannot be accepted.
