Heute ab ca. 14:30 Uhr kommt es zu einer Sperrung der Herner Str. sowie der Autobahnauf- und -abfahrten Bochum-Zentrum/Hofstede. Grund ist der Fund einer 250 kg Weltkriegsbombe im Bereich der Gretchenstraße und einer entsprechenden Evakuierung des Bereichs in einem Sicherheitsabstand von 250 Metern zwecks Entschärfung.
Aufgrund der Sperrung kann es zu erheblichen Verkehrsbehinderungen in diesem Bereich kommen.

From around 2:30 p.m. today, Herner Str. and the Bochum-Zentrum/Hofstede motorway entrances and exits will be closed. The reason is the discovery of a 250 kg World War II bomb in the area of Gretchenstrasse and a corresponding evacuation of the area at a safety distance of 250 meters for the purpose of defusing it.
