Liebe Studierende,
ab dem 23.02.2026 beginnen die Arbeiten an der Fensterfassade und am Dach des Gebäude 1 im 3. OG an der Herner Str. 45. Dazu wird das Gebäude 1 vom Eingang A bis J und entlang des Besucherparkplatzes eingerüstet.
Für die Arbeiten wird der Innenhof für ca. 3 Wochen gesperrt. Die Besucherparkplätze bleiben bis zur Fertigstellung der Baumaßnahme, voraussichtlich Ende Juli 2026, gesperrt. Somit stehen in dieser Zeit auch die öffentlichen Ladesäulen nicht zur Verfügung.

Work will begin on 23 February 2026 on the window façade and roof of Building 1 on the 3rd floor at Herner Str. 45. To this end, scaffolding will be erected around Building 1 from Entrance A to J and along the visitor car park.
The inner courtyard will be closed for approximately three weeks while the work is carried out. The visitor car parks will remain closed until the construction work is completed, which is expected to be at the end of July 2026. This means that the public charging stations will also be unavailable during this time.
