Scope for designBoards and bodies of university policy

TH Georg Agricola is private, state-accredited university of applied sciences owned and managed by DMT-Gesellschaft für Lehre und Bildung mbH (DMT-LB). As such, THGA combines the freedom of teaching and research, something which is ensured by the German constitution, and the governmental claim to supervision with the scope for design provided by a private-sector ownership. Despite the general control by our owner are the different bodies and boards, and their collaboration a token of our independent university management. These boards and bodies include the presidency, the university council, the senate, the elective assembly,  the students' council, the selection committee, and the examination board.
