The aim of this association is to shape contacts for life and maintain a long-lasting network. To reach this aim, our friends' association at THGA promotes the intensive exchange between students, members and alumni of THGA. We work as a partner to continue university traditions and encourage specialist discourse. As an interface between the university and companies we can support the continuous development at THGA, striving for better study conditions, teaching and research aligned to practical needs and responsible reforms. The friends' association also actively involves alumni of THGA. We support teaching and study trips, award excellent student performance and do active networking within and outside the university.
Mission Alumni
Another aim of our association is to support teaching and research at THGA within a network of science and industry - this also helps the students of THGA.
The friends' association of THGA is open to all alumni (and current students) - you can join the network and its intensive exchange of ideas and projects.
Our members and sponsors also support projects of the AStA, for example, the annual Barbara Ball in December.
Moreover, the association awards excellent student performance as part of the graduation ceremony.
