Study full-time or part-time while working
Stay flexible: We offer you a low attendance requirement and a high proportion of self-study during your master's programme. You can study for a master's degree in Electrical Engineering and Information Technology either full-time for four semesters in our evening classes or part-time for six semesters. Your final thesis is due in the last semesters.
During your studies, you will deepen and expand your specialist knowledge, and we offer you the opportunity to specialise in energy technology or information technology.

Duration:
Part-time: 5 semesters + Master’s thesis
Programme start/application:
Summer semester and winter semester
Entry requirements:
Qualified degree of an accredited first-degree university programme (Bachelor or German Diplom) in Electrical Engineering or Information Technology or similar with an overall grade of 2.5 or higher.
Candidates who do not meet these requirements can demonstrate their suitability in an admission interview after their application has been approved by the admissions committee.
The Master programme is taught entirely in German. Proof of C1 must be provided.
